<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vitamina D, responsabila pentru sanatatea sistemului osos</h2>



<p>Vitamina D se numara printre vitaminele liposolubile (se dizolva in lipide), care actioneaza la nivelul sistemului osos, mentinand o cantitate adecvata de calciu in oase. Este cunoscuta sub numele de „vitamina soarelui”, fiind produsa de organism in mod natural in urma expunerii pielii la soare.</p>



<p>De asemenea, este capabila sa blocheze eliberarea hormonului paratiroidian, care resoarbe tesutul osos si favorizeaza aparitia fracturilor. Asadar, oasele puternice se datoreaza intr-o mare masura prezentei vitaminei D in organism. Putem spune ca aceasta vitamina este responsabila pentru sanatatea sistemului osos. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este deficitul de vitamina D si la cine apare mai des?</h2>



<p>Deficitul de vitamina D se refera la lipsa acestei vitamine in organismul tau. Cauzele ce provoaca acest deficit sunt multiple, insa cateva dintre cele mai cunoscute ar putea fi:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Expunerea inadecvata la lumina soarelui;</li>



<li>Alimentatia necorespunzatoare;</li>



<li>Consumul anumitor medicamente care accelereaza absorbtia acestei vitamine;</li>



<li>Pielea inchisa la culoare poate produce aceasta vitamina insa in cantitati putin mai mici comparativ cu o piele deschisa la culoare;</li>



<li>Laptele matern nu este foarte bogat in vitamina D, motiv pentru care unii dintre sugari se pot confrunta cu deficit.</li>

<p>➡ In cazul celor mici, deficitul de vitamina D poate duce catre rahitism, care se manifesta prin arcuirea picioarelor, iar in cazul adultilor poate provoca demineralizarea matricei osoase. Este des intalnit la categoria de varsta foarte tanara (la adolescenti), persoanele de sex feminin si la persoanele mai inainte in varsta (capacitatea pielii de a produce aceasta vitamina scade odata cu inaintarea in varsta).</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum iti poti da seama daca ai sau nu deficit de vitamina D?</h2>



<p>De regula, in cazul celor mici, deficitul de vitamina D poate duce catre fragilizarea oaselor, deformari articulare sau chiar dureri la nivelul oaselor. In cazul adultilor, lipsa acestei vitamine din organism poate cauza oboseala, durere osoasa, slabiciune musculara sau un disconfort continuu.</p>



<p>Recomandarea mea⤵</p>



<p>➡ Asigurati organismului cantitatea potrivita de vitamina D (excesul nu este indicat nici in aceasta situatie, chiar daca este vorba despre vitamine);</p>



<p>➡ Consumati alimente bogate in aceasta vitamina (uleiul din ficat de cod, somonul, tonul, laptele fortificat, iaurtul fortificat, sardinele, ficatul, galbenusul de ou);</p>



<p>➡ Expuneti-va la soare in intervale orare potrivite pentru minim 10 minute pe zi;</p>



<p>➡ Consumati suplimente alimentare DOAR la recomandarea specialistului.</p>
