<p>Daca va place sa fiti activi sau chiar sa practicati diverse sporturi care solicita genunchiul (de placere sau performanta), trebuie sa cunoasteti fiecare risc la care va supuneti si fiecare afectiune la care sunteti predispusi. Astazi vreau sa va vorbesc despre fractura de platou tibial. O afectiune des intalnita care este cauzata de cele mai multe ori de traumatisme si care da pacientului simptome greu de suportat. Mai mult, aceasta afectiune este mai frecventa la barbatii intre 30-60 ani, dar si la varstnicii cu osteoporoza.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este platoul tibial si care este rolul lui?</h2>



<p>Ca sa intelegeti gravitatea fracturilor de platou tibial, trebuie sa stiti mai intai ce este, care este rolul lui si de ce ar trebui sa avem grija de sanatatea genunchilor nostri. Pentru inceput, vreau sa retineti faptul ca platoul tibial se imparte in: hemiplatoul medial si lateral. Hemiplatoul medial are o dimensiune mai mare si este acoperit de cartilaj hialin. Pe de alta parte, chiar daca hemiplatoul lateral este mai mic, si el este acoperit de cartilaj hialin. Platoul tibial este la randul sau acoperit de <a href="https://drahmadalqadi.ro/ce-este-ruptura-de-menisc-si-cum-o-recunoastem-care-sunt-simptomele-si-cum-o-putem-trata/">meniscul intern si meniscul extern</a>.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Traumatismele si accidentele auto, cauze frecvente ale fracturii de platou tibial</h2>



<p>Cand vine vorba de cauze, aceasta afectiune se numara printre cele care apar in urma unor accidente sau traumatisme in care genunchiul nostru a avut de suferit. Daca obisnuiti sa practicati sporturi de placere, fiti foarte atenti si nu executati miscari care pot pune presiune mare asupra genunchiului. Mai mult, obisnuiti sa va incalziti de fiecare data inainte de a face activitati sportive. Daca sunteti incepator, responsabilitatea este si ea foarte mare. Apelati la un profesionist care v-ar putea indruma si monitoriza. Ski-ul, fotbalul, baschetul sau ciclismul sunt doar cateva dintre activitatile sportive care va pot plasa in categoria de risc pentru a dezvolta fractura de platou tibial. Accidentele auto sunt si ele o cauza frecventa a fracturilor de platou tibial pe care nici un pacient nu le poate preveni. Cu toate acestea, indiferent de cauza fracturii, vizita la medicul ortoped este primul pas spre vindecare.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cate tipuri de fracturi de platou tibial exista?</h2>



<p>Pentru ca exista mai multe tipuri si modalitati in care osul se poate rupe, automat avem si mai multe tipuri de fracturi de platou tibial:</p>

<li>Fractura transversala (Acest tip de fractura presupune ca osul sa se rupa drept)</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Fractura multipla (Osul se rupe in mai multe bucati)</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Fractura intraarticulara (Asta inseamna ca fractura s-a extins la genunchi, separand suprafata articulatiei in mai multe parti)</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Fractura inchisa (Asta inseamna ca pielea din jurul osului este complet neafectata)</li>
</ul>

<li>Fractura deschisa (In acest caz, osul strapunge pielea, iar acest tip de fractura este mai complexa si necesita un timp de recuperare mai indelungat)</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Durere intensa si mobilitate redusa a genunchiului, simptome des intalnite la fractura de platou tibial<br></h2>



<p>Daca va confruntati cu fractura de platou tibial, durerea este cu siguranta primul simptom pe care il veti simti. Ulterior, pacientul se poate confrunta si cu:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Umflaturi (edeme) la nivelul zonei afectate</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Mobilitatea redusa la nivelul genunchiului, dar fara instabilitate ca in cazul leziunilor ligamentare</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>O usoara deformare a genunchiului</li>
</ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Dificultati mari in flexia genunchiului<br></li>
</ul>



<p>Indiferent de intensitatea simptomelor, ortopedul este singurul care poate da un diagnostic corect, pe baza unui istoric medical, a examinarilor clinice sau a testelor imagistice.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce presupune tratamentul chirurgical in cazul fracturii de platou tibial extern?</h2>



<p><a href="https://drahmadalqadi.ro/tratament-chirurgical-in-cazul-fracturilor-membrelor/">Fractura </a>platoului tibial necesita o atentie deosebita deoarece tipul de tratament ales influenteaza foarte mult procesul de recuperare. In cazul fracturii de platou tibial cu deplasare sau cu infundare de peste 2mm a platoului, solutia este interventia chirurgicala. Si asta pentru ca, suprafata articulara a genunchiului trebuie refacuta perfect in urma operatiei, iar reducerea trebuie mentinuta pana la consolidare. Doar in acest fel articulatia se poate vindeca si poate functiona apoi normal, ca pana in momentul accidentarii.<br></p>



<p>Cu ajutorul noilor tehnici chirurgicale, dar si a unor sisteme de implante avansate tehnologic, ortopedul poate fixa corect si rapid osul fracturat, iar pacientului ii mai ramane doar un singur lucru de facut: sa respecte procesul de recuperare si sfaturile medicului specialist. Interventia este cunoscuta sub termenul de osteosinteza si aleg sa o realizez folosind placa + suruburi sau doar suruburi, in functie de tipul fracturii. Obiectivul acestor interventii minim-invazive de fixare interna a fracturilor este acela de a reda mobilitatea genunchiului intr-un timp cat mai scurt cu putinta si bineineteles, de a usura recuperarea pacientului.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Recuperarea medicala dupa fractura de platou tibial</strong></h2>



<p>Indiferent de tipul de tratament care v-a fost recomandat, procesul de recuperare este o etapa foarte importanta. Fie ca ati avut parte de un tratament conservator (mobilizarea genunchiului), fie ca ati trecut printr-o interventie chirurgicala, recuperarea nu poate fi evitata sau amanata. De regula, pacientii pe care i-am tratat de aceasta afectiune au urmat un program de fizio-kinetoterapie, indrumati de un specialist. Astfel, pacientul isi poate recupera mobilitatea genunchiului afectat si isi poate intari musculatura. Recuperarea completa, cu posibilitatea de a reveni la activitatile sportive poate avea loc abia dupa 6 luni post-operator.</p>



<p><strong>Retineti!</strong> Chiar daca interventia chirurgicala a fost un succes, va recomand sa faceti un obicei in a monitoriza starea de sanatate a sistemului vostru locomotor. Vizita periodica la medicul ortoped va avea doar beneficii asupra corpului vostru.</p>
