<p>Sindromul piriformis este o afectiune neuromusculara rara care apare la nivelul muschilor fesiri si care necesita tratament odata ce a fost confirmat diagnosticul. Daca te confrunti cu durere la nivelul muschilor fesieri care iradieaza inclusiv inspre coapse sau gamba, ai mare grija si nu trage de timp prea mult. Este foarte posibil sa fie vorba despre sindromul piriformis.</p>



<p>Chiar daca la prima vedere nu pare o afectiune prea complexa, iar multi pacienti nici macar nu ii dau atentie, sa stiti ca orice fel de simptom nou care apare la nivelul corpului vostru trebuie comunicat unui medic specialist. In cazul acesta, unui ortoped.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Sindromul piriform, mult mai frecvent in randul femeilor</strong></h2>



<p>In primul rand, muschiul piriform face parte din grupul posterior de muschi ai centurii pelvine. Ca sa intelegeti importanta lui, sa stiti ca muschiul piriform ne ajuta sa mergem normal sau sa ne mentinem echilibrul de exemplu. Mai mult, este absolut necesar in timpul activitatilor sportive care implica ridicarea si rotirea coapselor. Cu alte cuvinte, ne folosim de el zi de zi. Aceasta afectiune este mult mai frecventa in randul femeilor si in randul celor care se confrunta cu dureri cronice de spate. Si asta deoarece compresia nervului sciatic (cel mai gros nerv al corpului) poate fi cauzata de spasmele muschiului piriform.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Durerea si amorteala fesiera, simptome </strong><strong>frecvente in cazul sindromului piriform</strong></h2>



<p>Sindromul piriform este o afectiune ce poate da pacientului numeroase simptome. Uneori, o parte dintre ele pot fi confundate cu lombosciatica. De aceea, medicul ortoped poate recomanda efectuarea unui RMN pentru a exclude o problema la nivelul unui disc lombar care apasa pe nervul sciatic.</p>



<p>In cazul in care muschiul fesier este afectat, durerea si amorteala la nivelul acestei zone sunt doua dintre simptomele care pot aparea chiar si atunci cand urcati sau coborati scarile. Pe langa aceasta, va mai puteti confrunta si cu:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Durerea si amorteala resimtita la nivelul fesei si/sau coapsei</li>



<li>Dificultate la mers</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Statul pe scaun ore intregi. O cauza frecventa a sindromului piriform</strong></h2>



<p>Ca pentru oricare alta afectiune, cauzele depind de numerosi factori. Cu toate acestea, exista si cateva cauze generale ce pot afecta muschii fesieri:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Statul pe scaun pentru perioade foarte lungi de timp. Mare atentie cei al caror job presupune statul in sezut in fata calculatorului pentru ore intregi. Incercati sa va ridicati cat mai des si faceti cativa pasi de cate ori va simtiti amortit sau obosit.</li>



<li>Diverse afectiuni ale coloanei vertebrale precum hiperlordoza.</li>



<li>Traumatisme la nivelul muschilor fesieri.</li>



<li>Exercitiile fizice sau sporturile care va suprasolicita muschiul piriform. Ciclismul se numara printre activitatile care va pot plasa in categoria de risc.</li>



<li><a href="https://drahmadalqadi.ro/artroplastia-si-proteza-de-genunchi-si-sold/">Artroplastia</a> totala de sold. Daca ati trecut prin aceasta interventie chirurgicala, aveti mare grija la procesul de recuperare. Respectati toate sfaturile medicului ortoped si nu reveniti la activitatile fizice mai devreme decat vi s-a recomandat.</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Compresele calde sau reci si masajul terapeutic, cateva solutii in tratamentul pentru sindromul piriform</strong></h2>



<p>Odata ce diagnosticul a fost confirmat in urma unei examinari amanuntite, urmeaza ca medicul ortoped sa recomande tratamentul potrivit pacientului. Asta in functie de gradul de afectare al muschiului si bineinteles, in functie de varsta pacientului. De regula, compresele calde sau reci aplicate pe zona afectata sunt ideale si in unele cazuri, chiar suficiente. Masajul terapeutic efectuat doar de un specialist este o alta solutie pe care o pot recomanda in cazul in care diagnosticul de sindrom piriform este confirmat. Pe langa acestea, exista si alte variante de tratament. Toate au scopul de a reduce durerea și de a intari musculatura:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Tratament conservator- medicamentos (anumite antiinflamatoare recomandate de medicul ortoped)</li>



<li>Un program de fizio-kinetoterapie</li>



<li>Infiltratiile locale eco sau radio-ghidate</li>



<li>Electroterapia</li>



<li>Interventia chirurgicala (doar in cazul in care tratamentul conservator nu a dat roade)</li>
</ul>

<p>Indiferent de afectiunea pe care o aveti, comunicati medicului ortoped fiecare simptom si respectati in totalitate sfaturile sale daca va doriti o recuperare cat mai usoara si de scurta durata. </p>
