<p>Condropatia patelara este o afectiune frecvent intalnita in categoria de varsta 25-35 de ani. Daca te incadrezi in acest interval, ai un risc de a dezvolta aceasta boala care afecteaza cartilajul. <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Ce este cartilajul si de ce are organismul nostru nevoie de el?</strong></h2>



<p>In primul rand, cartilajul nu este decat un tesut insa, unul absolut necesar corpului nostru. Trebuie sa retineti ca acest tesut nu este vascularizat. Pentru ca se regaseste sub diferite forme, el poate fi dur (joaca rol de scut protector la imbinarile osoase de la nivelul articulatiilor genunchiului, soldului sau chiar a gleznelor) in timp ce, cartilajul moale il regasim la nivelul nasului sau a urechilor.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Condropatia patelara afecteaza cartilajul</strong></h2>



<p>Cand vine vorba de articulatia genunchiului, aceasta are nevoie de protectie suplimentara in cazul unui soc, al unei accidentari. Aici apare cartilajul articular care intervine la fiecare miscare in care ne folosim articulatiile. Chiar daca deteriorarea cartilajului este o afectiune destul de comuna, netratata la timp poate afecta starea de sanatate a articulatiilor noastre. Cand vine vorba de articulatiile de la nivelul genunchiului, chiar si tinerii cu varsta cuprinsa intre 25 si 35 de ani se afla si ei in grupa de risc. Avantajul este recuperarea mai rapida la o varsta frageda.</p>



<p>Chiar daca sunt mai multe cauze ce pot duce la dezvoltarea acestei afectiuni, condropatia poate fi rezultatul unei suferinte acute sau poate aparea si ca urmare a unei leziuni bruste in timpul unui antrenament sportiv de exemplu. Mai exista si situatii in care poate fi vorba despre o suferinta cronica in urma careia cartilajul isi pierde din rezistenta.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Factori de risc pentru condropatie patelara. Practicarea sporturilor si varsta inaintata, doua dintre cauze.</strong></h2>



<p>Chiar daca sunt numerosi, iata care sunt cei mai des intalniti factori de risc, dar si care sunt cele mai intalnite cauze ale dezvoltarii acestei afectiuni:</p>



<p>&#8211; Masa musculara slab dezvoltata. Chiar daca este un factor de risc atat pentru sexul feminin, cat si pentru cel masculin, musculatura femeilor mai putin dezvoltata se numara printre motivele ce duc la aparitia acestei afectiuni in randul acestora.</p>



<p>&#8211; Practicarea sporturilor care solicita articulatiile genunchiului (tenis, atletism, gimnastica, ciclism, fotbal).</p>



<p>&#8211; Hiperlaxitatea ligamentelor genunchiului. Pe scurt, asta inseamna ca articulatiile noastre au capacitatea de a se misca si de a executa pozitii dincolo de limitele normale ale acesteia.</p>



<p>&#8211; <a href="https://drahmadalqadi.ro/ce-este-gonartroza/">Artroza</a> sau artrita reumatoida. Prezenta acestor afectiuni poate cauza condropatia patelara deoarece cartilajului articular sufera modificari, mai exact scade in grosime si produce numeroase modificari articulare. Pacientii se vor confrunta cu mobilitate redusa, incapacitatea de a executa anumite miscari si aparitia durerii la nivelul articulatiei afectate.</p>



<p>&#8211; Traumatisme produse in urma unei lovituri puternice sau a unei miscari bruste care pune in pericol sanatatea articulatiei noastre.</p>



<p>&#8211; Statul pentru o perioada mai lunga de timp in genunchi, fortand astfel articulatiile.</p>



<p>&#8211; Pozitia de somn pe burta sau statul pe scaun la birou pentru o perioada indelungata, fara sa miscam articulatia genunchiului.</p>



<p>&#8211; Purtarea frecventa a incaltarilor cu toc. </p>



<p>&#8211; Varsta inaintata este un alt factor de risc pentru condropatia patelara deoarece cu trecerea timpului, cartilajul isi pierde din rezistenta si devine din ce in ce mai slabit.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Rigiditatea articulatiei si durerea constanta. Simptome pentru condropatia patelara.</strong></h2>



<p>Chiar daca sunt numeroase, majoritatea pacientilor pe care i-am tratat de aceasta afectiune mi-au spus ca s-au confruntat cu urmatoarele simptome: o senzatie constanta de durere la nivelul articulatiei genunchiului si ocazional inflamatie. Multi dintre ei s-au confruntat chiar si cu rigiditatea articulatiei. In cazul in care cartilajul se rupe complet, articulatia se blocheaza si apare o durere aproape insuportabila. Daca nu este tratata la timp, condropatia patelara poate sa limiteze mobilitatea pacientului, iar in timp durerea creste in intensitate. Nu amanati consultul de specialitate daca va doriti un tratament non-invaziv sau minim-invaziv si o recuperare de scurta durata.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Tratamentul pentru condropatia patelara. Ce este indicat sa faceti?</strong></h2>



<p>De regula, eu recomand pacientilor mei sa evite practicarea miscarilor sau a activitatilor care comprima rotula pe femur, fortand-o.<strong> </strong>Mai mult, ii sfatuiesc sa evite urcarea si coborarea scarilor, flexiile de genunchi, iar femeilor purtarea incaltarilor cu toc inalt. Daca este necesar, se poate aplica o punga cu gheata timp de 15 sau chiar 20 de minute pe genunchi dupa efortul fizic. Mai mult, recomand infiltratii cu solutii vasco-elastice, urmate de un program de fizio-kinetoterapie. In ultima instanta, interventia chirurgicala, in functie de gradul de afectare al acelui<a href="https://drahmadalqadi.ro/reconstructia-de-cartilaj-si-medicina-regenerativa/"> cartilaj</a>.</p>



<p><strong>De retinut:</strong> Condropatia patelara este o afectiune care necesita atentie si un tratament corespunzator. Chiar daca persoanele varstnice sunt de regula mai predispuse, si tinerii intre 25 si 35 de ani o pot dezvolta si isi pot pierde mobilitatea articulatiei.</p>
